District 6 Employees

Thank you for supporting The Success Foundation’s educational grants through our Thrive on 5 Employee Campaign. This is an opportunity for District 6 employees to provide exceptional commitment to District 6 schools and students. Your involvement for the next year will directly affect local teachers and students.

Together we can Thrive on 5. Contribute at least $5 for twelve months ($60) to help fund Success Foundation Educational 
Grants to impact classrooms, teachers, and students.

Pledge Cards are available for download. After printing the form, please fill it out, sign it, and return it through district mail to The Success Foundation at the Administration Building. You may donate by check, payroll deduction or credit card.
