The Opportunity Fund
The purpose of the Delia & John W. Haefeli Opportunity fund held by The Success Foundation is to provide additional resources to help students reach academic goals, grow personally and/or support professional and/or career goals. Note: If need is greater than $500, please contact The Success Foundation at email@example.com or (970) 348-6361.The Success Foundation will distribute funds through the school where student or students are attending. *This application must be completed by a District 6 student or student group. Eligibility/Criteria: *Must be a senior from Greeley-Evans School District 6, graduating Spring, 2021
*Available to students pursuing a degree from a 4-year college or university, or 2-year college, starting Fall, 2021
*Eligible fields of study include: Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Studies, or Landscape Architecture
*Must display a commitment to academics and community involvement
Scholarship Details: *One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded
*Scholarship funds will be paid directly to the awardees college or university at the beginning of the second semester of postsecondary enrollment upon proof that awardee has achieved a GPA of 2.8 or higher during the first semester in eligible field of study
*Scholarship funds may be used for educational costs including tuition, fees, and books
*Student must be enrolled full-time to receive award

Students on the Success Foundation Junior Board will have opportunities to participate in mock interviews, writing resumes and cover letters, and public speaking, and will enjoy various guest speakers on topics such as financial management, goal setting and time management, and networking. Students will also be given resources related to leadership enrichment.
