12 Days of Success: Day 3 - Grants
On the third Day of Success, you helped support D6, by allowing us to fund nineteen 21st Century Education Grants, totaling over $35K.
Thirteen different schools and departments received grants from The Success Foundation for the 2020-2021 school year. Projects ranged from new technology such as virtual learning and mini-projectors to gardening equipment, College for Kids opportunities, and musical instruments.
The Success Foundation funds grants for innovative projects that fuel student achievement. From online curriculum to creation of projects with circuits to young authors, the 21st Century Education Grant Program allows teachers to stretch their students’ capabilities and dreams. Students are developing skills that are preparing them for college and career. Funding for grants comes primarily from the Thrive on $5 employee giving that was initiated in 2012.
Our grant program has a new name…Innovative Learning Grants Program. Applications for 2021-22 grant cycle are now open! Visit our grants page for more information.
