Reflecting on 2019 – A Letter from our Board President

It has been a exciting year for myself and The Success Foundation. We have been busy at work all year helping District 6 with numerous projects. One in particular is the Advanced Technology Lab at Greeley Central High School. This lab will allow students to learn 21st century skills in technology. This was a Partnership with the City of Greeley, District-6 and The Daniel’s Fund. Our staff was able to procure a grant for $250,000 toward the building of the Technology Lab. This was a great project and we hope to be a part of many projects in the future that will help our kids and their careers.

In addition to the above we also had our first annual Success in 6 Awards night honoring the wonderful work our teachers do in District 6. We  continued the tradition of our Annual Breakfast Fundraiser and our Ride4Success Bike ride. Julie and Susan have worked tirelessly throughout the year supporting our great foundation. We are lucky to have two devoted workers for the foundation.

As I look to 2020, I am excited to work with our new board members to construct a long term vision and strategic plan for The Success Foundation. We have a great group of new board members joining us and I am looking forward to hearing from them and what ideas they have for our foundation.

Please join us for our 10th Annual Breakfast which is being held at Northridge High School on March 10th and our 7th annual Ride4Success to be held on September 19th. Your continued support of The Success Foundation is what allows us to help future generations of children in our school district. Many thanks to all of you for keeping The Success Foundation as part of your giving.
