Blended learning is boosting student achievement in District 6!
Greeley-Evans District 6 was chosen by the nonprofit Learning Accelerator as one of three sites nationwide to develop a district-wide blended learning model. Blended learning combines traditional face-to-face instruction with digital content and activity, tailored to individual students’ needs and abilities. Using digital technology, students learn at their own pace and in their preferred learning style.
Donations to the Success Foundation have ignited innovation in our classrooms and professional teachers who have the desire to move forward with the program. Since 2015, we have funded blended learning initiatives in all middle school and K-8 schools, in addition to three grade levels in two elementary schools.
